I love you guys! Taking a look around since I have been away as usual, for a long stretch. You all just blow my mind with your kindness. Favorites, notes, encouragement, ALL of it. Oh my goodness, it has been a VERY long time since I checked in!LOTS of things going on... from health issues of my own to 2 kids with surgeries, to the holidays and visits to family. I am pooped! But I wanted you all to know (if there's still anyone out there) that I am still kicking and still shooting photos. I just also enrolled in a Wiccan college that will lead me to a third degree, High Priestess degree and legal ordination as clergy. Pretty excited  about that! My youngest child, Josh, just turned 18 on the 25th of January, soon followed by my eldest daughter's 26th birthday on Feb 8, and my younger daughter turns 22 on February 20. I

I did something today I should have done a LONG time ago. I opened and advertised my gallery from another site where a lot of VERY conservative family and friends converge. I waited, chewing my nails, for the "You're going to Hell", "OMG how ugly/shameful/slutty/whatever", "I don't ever want to talk to you again" judgmental hammer to fall. And guess what happened? Acceptance. Admiration. Inspiration to a couple of lovely ladies I shall be working with soon. The sky didn't fall. The feedback was beyond wonderful. And NO ONE was cruel.
